This year’s Week of Education will take place at the Hungexpo Budapest Fair Center on a 6500 sqm area within the Budapest International Fair, Hungary's number one consumer fair and exhibition.

The Week of Education 2009 features five exhibitions:

1. 10th 'Language Parade' - the exhibition of language learning possibilities in Hungary

2. 'Business Language Show' – business language courses and trainings

3. 'Study and Work Abroad!' - courses and jobs outside Hungary offered by Hungarian and foreign recruitment companies and educational institutions from all over the world

4. 3rd 'Training and Career Fair' – national educational institutions, job agencies, personnel consultancies

5. 2nd 'How To Develop Your Children’s Skills?' – developing children up to age14

    The Week of Education 2009 – along with the Budapest International Fair lasts 5 days in September (9-13 Sept), a time most suitable for fairs and exhibitions. There will be numerous international exhibitors and visitors as well, as most fairs and events are held at this time in Budapest.

    In addition to the common advertising campaign we will launch an additional extensive advertising campaign for this fair:
  • 80 000 exhibition catalogues: 20 000 as an extra issue of the most popular free Hungarian programme magazine, 60 000 at the exhibition
  • 80 000 newsletters sent to Freemail-users
  • 55 000 leaflets distributed in Budapest

    (This fee applies for applications sent by 15 July 2009. Companies that have

    Universe of Knowledge


    – Special offer for diplomatic representations –



    There will be a specially designed stand for the educational and cultural sections of the diplomatic representations in Hungary and Central-Eastern Europe, where they will have the opportunity to offer information and display brochures on the educational and work possibilities in their respective countries. In addition, touristic materials can also be displayed on the stand.

    The “Universe of Knowledge” stand will consist of four corners, representing the four cardinal points of a compass:
  • Europe Corner
  • Asia and Oceania Corner
  • Africa Corner
  • The Americas Corner


    There will be a specially designed stand for those institutions which cannot be present at the Week of Education 2009 with their own stands.
    These exhibitiors will have the opportunity to send us and exhibit their promotional material on the table called “Universe of Knowledge”. The table will be on display for 5 days in a central location and each exhibitor will have the opportunity to:

  • send as many as 3000 promotional brochures (max. A4 size) to our event
  • decide the quantity of promotional material to be distributed on each day of the event
  • have its name be included in our official catalogue and on the headsign above the table
  • have 3 hostesses hand out promotional material to the visitors

    The participation fee on the “Universe of Knowledge” table is:
    EURO 400 + VAT / exhibitor.

    The price includes:
  • delivery and arrangement of the sent materials from our head office to the exhibition site
  • continuous supervision and refilling of the materials on the table “Universe of Knowledge”
  • 3 hostesses at the table for handing out and supervision of the materials
  • display of the company’s name on the headsign above the table

    The price does not include
    The shipping costs of the materials and the appearance in the official catalogue of the event. The shipping costs are born by the exhibitor and for advertisement possibilities in our official catalogue, see the terms in the Application Form.
